The Journey Matters

Some journeys change your scenery while others change your life. Travel is about more than the destination. Every trip tells a different story. Whether it's celebrating a wedding, preparing for parenthood, or embarking on the adventure of a lifetime, I believe travel is about creating meaningful experiences and preserving the moments that matter most that stay with us long after we've unpacked our bags.

The Story
With most of the wedding planning behind us, we intentionally stepped away for a few days to reconnect before the excitement of our wedding. A quiet getaway to the mountains in New Hampshire became a chance to slow down, enjoy simple adventures, and celebrate the season we were in.

Rather than filling every moment with activities, we focused on slowing down and enjoying snow tubing through the mountains, visiting local wineries, enjoying cozy dinners, and spending quiet evenings playing games together. It was a reminder that some of life’s most meaningful moments happen when you simply make time for each other.

The Story
Before welcoming our first child, we returned to New Hampshire for one final adventure as a family of two. One of the most meaningful moments of the trip was revisiting Nestlenook Farm where we became engaged. Surrounded by freshly fallen snow, we captured maternity photographs in the same place where our journey toward becoming a family first began. The babymoon weekend became more of a celebration of love, anticipation, and new beginnings.
